Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Miller Boys Vintage Toys Affiliate Program! We’re excited to work with creators who share our love for sustainable, timeless wooden toys.

Here’s the deal:

• Affiliates earn 10% commission on net sales made through their unique referral link.
  

• Commissions are calculated on the product subtotal, shipping, and discounts; taxes are excluded.
  

• Payouts are made monthly (or quarterly) via Venmo once you reach a minimum of $50.
  

• Affiliates must not run ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) using our brand name or impersonate our company.
  

• Affiliates agree to promote our brand truthfully — no misleading claims, spammy tactics, or content that misrepresents our products.
  

• We reserve the right to change commission rates, terms, or end an affiliate relationship at any time if there’s misuse or fraud.
  

• Affiliates are independent contractors — this is not an employee relationship.
